Clear, detailed references for commissions are required.

Some designs may be upcharged due to complexity (i.e. complex armour).

No major edits on sketch commissions.

Future adoptable resale is allowed at a price no higher than original cost, unless there is extra art involved.

I'd prefer to be informed of any future resales.

You are free to upload any commissioned work/bought adoptables to places like toyhouse and artfight, as long as I receive direct credit/tags.

Do not remove my signature/watermark.

Give credit for my art where possible, through direct or indirect tagging (@wisperos or @/wisperos).

The character is yours but the design credit is still mine.

Will draw- fantasy characters, fanart, suggestive/light nsfw, basic gore (blood, wounds etc.)

Will not draw- anything pro/darkship, sci-fi, extreme gore or nsfw content

My art is not to be used for NFTs, AI, tracing or any other kind of theft.

For private/noncommercial use only.

You can make slight edits to my art directly, ie adding scars, freckles.

You can change a purchased adoptable design as desired once bought, but only in new art.
